Qualifications

• Skilled in EKG rhythm interpretation and cardiac monitoring.
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythm and critical vital signs, interpreting data for distress or abnormal patterns.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per the care plan.
• Collaborate with providers to evaluate and modify the care plan for cardiac status.
• Educate patients and families on heart health, treatment plans, and home care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of condition and progress per policies.

Education

Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Qualifications
