Registered Nurse – Medical‑Surgical/Telemetry – Relocation Provided if not local

Compensation range: $44.13–$68.84/hour based on experience and role level + $7.00/hr night shift differential

Key Details

As a part of our Interdisciplinary Team working alongside PCTs, educators, unit secretaries, and other support professionals, your care and treatment of our patients is an integral part of their overall experience. Many of our Med‑Surg/Telemetry units are paired with specialties so we can focus on our patients' needs, based on their diagnosis.

• Telemetry / Step Down Unit - caring for a patient population either coming from or going to the ICU setting. High acuity patients and low RN to patient ratios allow for quality care and the development of skills. This unit is ideal for any candidate ready to take the next step toward critical care.
• Clinical Decision Unit - working with patients from the ER and building clinical skills; exposure to all areas of the hospital; potential for nursing leadership development.
• Telemetry/Oncology Unit - full unit with a certified oncology focus. Hospice care offered. Drip/IV skills taught; nurses can become certified in oncology, paid in full by MLH.
• Telemetry/Cardiac Unit - focus on cardiac care, community population 75+; educate patients on cardiac conditions and self‑care.
• Medical Surgical / Telemetry / Orthopedic Unit - mix of general admissions, telemetry, orthopedic recovery.

Licensures / Certifications

• PA RN license OR a multi‑state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact OR able to secure PA licensure (including temporary) prior to start.
• Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
