Job summary

Incredible Health in Boca Raton, FL is hiring a Registered Nurse - Telemetry to monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs, administer treatments, and collaborate with the care team to adjust plans as needed. This on-site role requires an RN with telemetry experience and current BLS/ACLS certification.

The successful candidate will educate patients and families, document thoroughly, and work within a Level 1 trauma center environment with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for cross-training.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree
• Active and unencumbered RN license
• 1 year experience in cardiac telemetry or other cardiac care setting preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Skilled in EKG rhythm interpretation and other cardiac monitoring techniques
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythm and other vital signs, identifying distress or abnormal patterns
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per care plan
• Collaborate with providers to evaluate and modify care plan for cardiac status
• Educate patients and families on heart health and home care instructions
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per hospital policies

• Educate patients and their families on best practices for heart health, treatment plans, and any relevant home care instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient's condition, treatment, and progress in accordance with hospital and departmental policies
