Job summary

Incredible Health in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse - Telemetry to monitor cardiac rhythms and care for high-acuity patients. You will collaborate with physicians, administer treatments, and educate families on heart health. Flexible shifts include day, night, and mid shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythm and vital signs, identifying distress or abnormal patterns.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per care plan.
• Collaborate with providers to evaluate and adjust the care plan.
• Educate patients and families on heart health and home care instructions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of condition, treatment, and progress.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to evaluate and modify the plan of care as necessary, with a focus on patient's cardiac status
• Educate patients and their families on best practices for heart health, treatment plans, and any relevant home care instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient's condition, treatment, and progress in accordance with hospital and departmental policies
