Ascension St. Vincent's Riverside Hospital in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a skilled OT RN? (Note: role described as OR nurse leader) to guide surgical teams and manage daily OR workflows.

The role requires an active Florida RN license and BLS, with 1 year OR nursing and 1 year charge nurse experience preferred. Day shift, full-time position with comprehensive benefits. • Direct daily operating room workflows, staff schedules and surgical suite resources to keep cases running on time and at peak efficiency.
• Mentor and onboard new surgical associates to build confidence and competence.
• Enforce clinical safety standards and regulatory policies to protect patients and maintain high standards of care.
• Manage vital surgical instrumentation and equipment availability for patient success.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
