Ascension is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shift at Ascension St. Vincent's Riverside Hospital in Jacksonville, FL.

You will provide high-quality, patient-centered care by following established standards and participate in multidisciplinary care planning. Responsibilities include coordinating care plans, monitoring patient status, and ensuring accurate documentation to support positive outcomes and smooth discharge planning.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 1 month of hire date; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from Florida Board of Nursing before hire date.

• Lead the discharge planning process with the healthcare team to ensure a safe, successful patient transition.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
