Job summary

Ascension is seeking a Nurse Supervisor/Manager in Jacksonville, FL, to lead nursing and support staff on a day shift. You will allocate resources, plan workflows, and ensure high-quality patient care on a fast-paced unit.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, addressing patient concerns, and maintaining supply availability, while upholding compliance and safety standards relevant to a Catholic health system.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education

• Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
