Job summary

Complete Care at Shrewsbury is seeking a part-time RN Supervisor to staff every other weekend, 11pm–7am. The role supervises nursing staff, conducts rounds, and ensures care quality and regulatory compliance. A NJ RN license and nursing degree are required, with preference for 2+ years in long-term care or subacute settings.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
• At least 2 years of long-term care or subacute experience preferred.
• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring medications and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift and monitor the distribution of medications.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times during the shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents and resident family members.
• Ensure staff perform duties in compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.

Registered Nurse-RN Supervisor Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
