Job summary

A comprehensive care facility is seeking a dedicated RN-Supervisor to oversee nursing staff every other weekend from 7 AM to 7 PM. This role involves ensuring quality care for residents and providing guidance to nursing staff. Candidates must hold a nursing degree and a New Jersey RN license, with prior supervisory experience preferred. Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
• Previous experience supervising nursing staff in a long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift.
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• Previous experience supervising nursing staff in a long‑term care setting is preferred
• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and all other elements of patient care
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents, and resident family members
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator
