Job summary

Complete Care Management is seeking a Registered Nurse-Supervisor for part-time shifts (7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm) and a per diem overnight slot (11pm-7am). This role involves direct supervision of nursing staff, rounds, and education for residents and families in New Jersey.

Applicants must hold an active NJ RN license with an associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing; long-term care experience is preferred but not required. Per diem shifts attract competitive benefits and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
• Direct supervision of nursing staff on assigned shift including meds distribution and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff on assigned shift and monitor medications and patient care.
• Perform nursing rounds on each unit multiple times per shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents, and resident families as needed.
• Ensure staff perform duties according to local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Handle other duties as assigned by Nursing leadership.
• LPN may be considered for the role.

Registered Nurse-RN Supervisor Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License

• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care

• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift

• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members

• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines

• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator

• Licensed Practical Nurse-LPN may be considered
