Job summary

Pine Hill Rehabilitation and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated RN Weekend Supervisor for our long-term care facility in Alabama. The role focuses on overseeing nursing staff and ensuring high-quality resident care during weekend shifts.

The RN Weekend Supervisor requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a commitment to compassionate elder care. This position reports to the Nursing Administration and supports a multidisciplinary team to maintain optimal resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of Alabama.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in long-term care or related setting.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor resident health and coordinate with providers to address medical concerns.
• Conduct regular staff assessments and provide feedback and coaching.
• Serve as liaison between residents, families, and healthcare providers.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed.

Pine Hill Rehabilitation and Wellness Center a long-term care facility is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Weekend Supervisor. As a RN Weekend Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for providing compassionate care to the elderly population.

RN Weekend Supervisor Key Duties

• Manage and supervise nursing staff, Including RN's, LPN's, and CNA's, to ensure the delivery of excellent resident care.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor resident health and well-being, and coordinate with healthcare providers to address medical concerns.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
• Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare providers to address concerns and ensure open communication.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.

RN Weekend Supervisor Qualifications
