Birmingham Rehabilitation and Wellness Center is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor to lead our nursing team on weekends, ensuring high-quality patient care and positive outcomes. You will guide a team of RNs, LPNs/LVNs, and CNAs, conduct daily rounds, and collaborate with therapists and staff to optimize workflow.

The role requires Alabama RN licensure and CPR certification, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Alabama.
• CPR Certification.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in rehabilitation or long-term care settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, and CNAs on weekends.
• Conduct daily rounds to assess patient care and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with therapy and administrative staff for seamless care transitions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants on weekends to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery
