Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Alabama.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in long-term care or related setting.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor resident health and coordinate with providers to address medical concerns.
• Perform staff assessments and provide feedback and coaching.
• Liaise with residents, families, and healthcare providers to address concerns.
