You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards while maintaining high-quality care and coordinating with the RCC or Unit Manager. The role requires directing day-to-day nursing functions, participating in discharge planning, and maintaining thorough nursing records.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license in good standing with the state.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Basic computer skills for charting and records.
• Willing to work beyond normal hours, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Direct the day-to-day nursing care for residents and supervise CNAs.
• Ensure staff comply with policies and coordinate shift services.
• Collaborate with resident services to maintain overall care plan.
• Ensure nursing staff adhere to job descriptions and complete reports.
• Participate in surveys, inspections and discharge plan updates.
• Administer professional services per care plan and document care.
• Receive physician orders and transcribe as required.
• Maintain resident care records and report on staffing needs.
