Aventura at Pembrooke in West Chester, PA is seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to provide hands-on nursing leadership, oversee daily resident care, and help ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires an RN license and prior supervisory experience in SNF/LTC settings; you will supervise staff, coordinate nursing operations, review orders, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support residents.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Experience in SNF/LTC or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience desired.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Knowledge of infection prevention and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Aventura at Pembrooke is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our clinical leadership team. The RN Supervisor will provide hands-on nursing leadership, support quality resident care, and help ensure the nursing department operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable regulations.

What You’ll Do

• Provide clinical supervision and leadership to nursing staff

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF), long-term care (LTC), or rehabilitation setting

• Previous supervisory, charge nurse, or leadership experience

• Strong clinical assessment and critical‑thinking skills

• Knowledge of nursing practices, infection prevention, and regulatory requirements

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a nursing team

• Dependable, professional, and compassionate approach to resident care

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
