Qualifications

• RN license is required.

Responsibilities

The RN Supervisor will provide hands‑on nursing leadership, support quality resident care, and help ensure the nursing department operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable regulations.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF), long-term care (LTC), or rehabilitation setting
• Previous supervisory, charge nurse, or leadership experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Knowledge of nursing practices, infection prevention, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a nursing team
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate approach to resident care
