Qualifications

• Active PA RN license required.
• 2 years RN experience in skilled nursing or similar setting.
• 1 year supervising/leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and resident care standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a nursing team.
• Compassionate, patient-centered care with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the nursing team to ensure exceptional resident care.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
• Ensure nursing practices comply with state, federal, and facility regulations and standards.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and oversee documentation of care.
• Lead shift assignments, ensure adequate staffing and coverage.
• Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and support to nursing staff.
• Monitor residents' health, vital signs, and medical records for quality care.
• Respond to emergencies and assess needs for critical care.
• Participate in care meetings, quality initiatives, and staff education.
• Promote teamwork, respect, and continuous learning in the nursing department.

In this role, you will oversee the daily nursing operations, manage a team of nursing professionals, and ensure the highest level of care for our residents. Qualifications for RN Supervisor:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in PA

• 2 years of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing or similar setting

• 1 Year of supervising/leadership experience
