Qualifikationen

• RN license is required.
• Experience in SNF/LTC or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to lead and support a nursing team.

Aufgaben

• Provide clinical supervision and leadership to nursing staff.
• Oversee resident care to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
• Coordinate daily nursing operations and assignments.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes.
• Guide RNs, LPNs, and nursing assistants.
• Conduct rounds and address residents' needs.
• Review physician orders and care plans.
• Assist with medication management and treatment oversight.
• Promote infection prevention and control procedures.
• Address staffing and clinical concerns promptly.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the team.
• Assist with investigations and incident follow-up.
• Support the Director of Nursing with regulatory compliance.
• Serve as a nursing leader during assigned shifts.
