Job summary

BayCare's Winter Haven Hospital seeks a Stat RN in a fast-paced BayCare system. You will respond to codes, support ICU/ED needs, and precept teammates, delivering patient care to a diverse group of patients.

Minimum 2 years RN experience; ER experience preferred; licensure as RN with required certifications. Shift: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Days, Full Time, at Winter Haven Hospital in Winter Haven, FL.

Qualifications

Delivers care for a group of patients applying the nursing process and clinical standards. Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team. The Stat RN is a fast-paced position that will respond to emergency codes house-wide and may be providing care for a patient during the immediate period afterwards, assist all clinical departments when busy, including ICU and ED, and help to precept/guide the team.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years’ RN experience in any setting. Licensed RN and completion of all Clinical Nurse requirements. At least one year of RN experience in the ER is preferred.
