Job summary

BayCare's Winter Haven Hospital seeks a Stat RN in a fast-paced BayCare system. You will respond to codes, support ICU/ED needs, and precept teammates, delivering patient care to a diverse group of patients.

Minimum 2 years RN experience; ER experience preferred; licensure as RN with required certifications. Shift: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Days, Full Time, at Winter Haven Hospital in Winter Haven, FL.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in any setting.
• ER RN experience preferred.
• Licensure as Registered Nurse and completion of all clinical nurse requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care for a group of patients using the nursing process.
• Delegate appropriate patient care activities to other health care team members.
