Job summary

BayCare Health System in Winter Haven, FL is seeking a Stat RN to deliver patient care at Winter Haven Hospital. This fast-paced role uses the nursing process and clinical standards while delegating tasks to the care team.

The RN will respond to codes hospital-wide, assist departments during busy periods including ICU and ED, and may precept or mentor colleagues. Shift is 6:30 AM–7:00 PM, full-time, days schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ RN experience in any setting.
• Current RN license and completion of Clinical Nurse requirements.
• At least one year of RN experience in the ER is preferred.
