Job summary

Emerald Healthcare's Holmes Lake Rehabilitation & Care Center in Lincoln, NE is seeking an experienced RN to provide direct patient care, administer medications, and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure quality resident outcomes.

The ideal candidate will hold an ADN or BSN, Nebraska RN license, and BLS certification; ACLS is preferred. This full-time role runs 6A-6P with weekend rotations and offers Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and PTO benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program.
• Current Nebraska RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including assessments, treatment planning, and medication administration.
• Monitor patient progress and document changes in condition.
• Collaborate with physicians and therapists to implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Mentor and supervise LPNs and CNAs to ensure adherence to care protocols.
