Qualifications

• RN must hold current state licensure.
• BLS certification required on hire for all nursing positions.
• ACLS required within 3 months for multiple units (as listed).
• CPI training required within 3 months for Bartlett/float positions.
• PALS required within 3 months for ED and float pool.
• NRP required within 3 months for L&D/Mother-Baby/NICU.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care for assigned patients using a multidisciplinary approach.
• Develop care plans for newly admitted patients and modify as needed.
• Deliver nursing interventions aligned with the medical plan of care.
• Perform procedures in the specialty service area.
• Document nursing care accurately in patient records; maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
