Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct clinical patient care on a per-shift basis. You will assess, plan, implement and document nursing care while supervising staff and supporting the Chief Nursing Officer in delivering high-quality care.

The ideal candidate will hold an accredited nursing degree, active RN license, and BLS; ACLS and other certifications are required or preferred depending on department.

Qualifications

• RN with current state licensure and BLS certification.
• ACLS required within 3 months for critical care areas.
• PALS required within 3 months for ED/float pool and related departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient care with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Develops and updates care plans for admitted patients.
• Delivers nursing interventions aligned with the care plan.
• Performs procedures in designated service areas.
• Documents nursing care accurately in patient records.
• Performs related duties as required.
