Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital-Memphis, part of Tenet Healthcare, is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide direct clinical patient care on a per-shift basis and supervise staff. The role supports the CNO in delivering high-quality, safe nursing care and efficient resource management.

Qualifications include Tennessee RN licensure, BLS at hire, ACLS, CPI, PALS, and NRP within specified timeframes. Bartlett-specific considerations apply as noted in job posting.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Tennessee and current state permit.
• BLS certification required on hire.
• ACLS within 3 months for specified units.
• PALS within 3 months for specified areas.
• NRP within 3 months for L&D/mother-baby/NICU.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient care for assigned patients utilizing multi-disciplinary approach.
• Develops plan of care for newly admitted patients and modifies as condition/needs change.
• Delivers designated nursing interventions to assigned patients that are consistent with the stated medical plan of care.
• Performs procedures in the specialty service area.
• Documents nursing care accurately and completely in all assigned patient records.
• Performs related duties as required.

Education

RN licensure in Tennessee

BLS Certification

NRP within 3 months of hire
