Tenet Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett in Bartlett, TN. This role provides direct clinical patient care, assessments, and supervision of staff per shift, supporting high-quality, safe nursing services.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• RN with current applicable state licensure/permit.
• BLS certification required upon hire for all nursing positions.
• ACLS required within 3 months for specified departments.
• CP I required within 3 months for specified roles.
• NRP required within 3 months for L&D, Mother/Baby and NICU RNs.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient care for assigned patients using a multi-disciplinary approach.
• Develops and modifies plans of care for newly admitted patients.
• Delivers prescribed nursing interventions in alignment with the medical plan of care.
• Performs procedures in the designated service areas.
• Documents nursing care accurately in patient records.
