Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct clinical patient care on a per-shift basis, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team and supporting CNO in delivering high-quality, safe nursing care.

You will oversee staff, participate in care planning, and ensure efficient resource management while upholding our commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care in Bartlett.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• RN license in the applicable state.
• BLS required on hire; ACLS within 3 months for specified units.
• CPI required within 3 months for Bartlett/Memphis float pool and Behavioral Health.
• PALS required within 3 months for ED and related units.
• NRP required within 3 months for L&D and NICU related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care using a multidisciplinary approach.
• Develop care plans for newly admitted patients and adjust as needed.
• Deliver designated nursing interventions per the medical plan of care.
• Document nursing care accurately in patient records.
• Supervise staff to ensure safe, high-quality care.
