Job summary

Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living is seeking Registered Nurses to join our continuing care retirement community. You will provide clinical care, administer medications, monitor patient status, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support residents’ physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Requirements include a minimum of 6 months of RN experience, a state RN license, CPR certification, and basic computer skills with EMR experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience as an RN.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families, prioritizing resident-first care.
• Perform clinical duties in line with the state nurse practice act and standards of care.
• Promote resident independence by teaching and setting goals with residents and families.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care associates to deliver routine nursing care as needed.
• Maintain infection prevention practices, administer medications, and perform treatments per orders.
• Develop and coordinate a holistic plan of care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Document care activities accurately and timely; participate in care conferences as requested.
