Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to promote, restore, and maintain residents' health. You will collaborate with providers, interdisciplinary teams, and care associates across skilled nursing and long-term floors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience as an RN.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families, prioritizing resident first.
• Perform clinical duties in line with state nurse practice acts and nursing standards.
• Promote resident independence by setting care goals and educating residents and family.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care associates to perform routine nursing care.
• Maintain infection prevention practices, administer medications, and follow orders.
• Develop holistic care plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Document preferences and care in the EMR and respect resident choices.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
