Job summary

The Sanctuary of St. Cloud, an assisted living and memory care community, seeks a Registered Nurse to ensure health and safety for residents. The role collaborates with DHS and triage RN, and supports staff with medication management and clinical documentation.

You will participate in ongoing assessments, coordinate services, and help develop care plans, including emergency planning, while working a day-shift schedule with rotating weekends and holidays in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing is required.
• Less than 1 year of nursing experience.
• MN RN license is required.
• Basic Life Support certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains current assessment and documentation of resident health status.
• Performs initial and ongoing assessments per Minnesota Assisted Living regulations.
• Coordinates resident health services with internal and external providers.
• Manages and oversees medication and treatment administration.
• Ensures physician orders are signed and implemented per regulations.

Education

Associates Degree in Nursing

MN Registered Nurse (RN) License

Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc or Red Cross)
