Covenant Living in Evanston, IL is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide direct resident care across assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care settings. You will assist with daily activities, personal care, meals, and mobility while working under a nurse manager and licensed staff.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• Completion and passing the test for an approved Nursing Assistant program in the State.
• Listed on the State’s Health Nursing Assistant Registry.

Aufgaben

• Provides direct care to residents on a daily basis.
• Reports directly to the nurse manager or licensed nurses on duty.
• Assists with activities, light housekeeping, laundry, and dining services.
• Assists residents with basic personal care according to procedures and daily assignments.
• Bathing, dressing, dental hygiene, toileting, grooming, feeding, and transportation/transfer as needed.
• Maintain resident rooms clean and orderly; straighten clothing and bedding.
• Assist with resident laundry and notify supervisor of needs.
• Prepare residents for meals, assist with serving meals and feeding.
