Job summary

Ro Health is seeking licensed RNs to work in public school districts across Missouri for the school year. Positions are in-person, with schedules that fit your lifestyle and weekly pay. Start dates are ASAP and flexible, focusing on pediatrics and school health.

Responsibilities include 1:1 student care, coordinating with families and teachers, managing immunization records, and providing emergency care and drills. New grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Active MO state nursing license.

• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Current negative TB result on file.

Responsibilities

• Care for students with chronic health conditions in coordination with families and school staff.
• Provide 1:1 health support including g-tube, trach, catheter, diabetes management, and seizure precautions.
• Monitor immunization records to ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Provide first aid and emergency care for injuries or illnesses.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills.
• Maintain confidential health records.
• Communicate health status and follow-up needs with parents.
• Stand/walk/sit for long periods; lift up to 40 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the care of students with chronic health conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes) by coordinating with healthcare providers, teachers, and parents.
• 1:1 support that may include g-tube, trach, catheter, diabetic management, seizure precaution, etc
• Monitor and manage immunization records to ensure compliance with state regulations
• Provide first aid and emergency care for injuries or sudden illnesses
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills.
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records
• Communicate with parents regarding their child's health status, concerns, and recommended follow-up care
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time
• Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds)
