Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is hiring licensed LPNs to provide school-based nursing care in Missouri public districts for the school year. In-person roles, Monday–Friday during the school session, with start date ASAP and flexible scheduling. Targets include pediatrics and school health with comprehensive support and benefits.

Compensation is competitive and includes PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401K with match, direct deposit, commuter benefits, and a supportive administrative and clinical team.

Qualifications

• MO state nursing license.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Current negative TB result.

Responsibilities

• Manage the care of students with chronic health conditions by coordinating with healthcare providers, teachers, and parents.
• 1:1 support that may include g-tube, trach, catheter, diabetic management, seizure precaution, etc.
• Monitor and manage immunization records to ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Provide first aid and emergency care for injuries or sudden illnesses.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills.
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records.
• Communicate with parents regarding their child’s health status, concerns, and recommended follow-up care.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time.
• Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds)
