Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is hiring a licensed LPN to support students in public school districts across Missouri. In-person, Monday–Friday during the school year, start date ASAP with flexible scheduling. Roles include pediatrics, chronic condition management, and emergency care, with benefits and professional development opportunities.

New grads are welcome. Candidates should have MO LPN license, CPR/BLS and a current TB test; benefits include PTO, health coverage, 401K, and commuter benefits.

Responsibilities

• Care for students with chronic conditions by coordinating with providers, teachers and parents.
• Provide 1:1 support including g-tube, trach, catheter, diabetes management, seizure precautions.
• Monitor immunization records for regulatory compliance.
• Provide first aid and emergency care.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills.
• Maintain confidential health records.
• Communicate health status and follow-up with parents.
• Assist with mobility and lifting as needed (up to 40 pounds).

Responsibilities:

• Manage the care of students with chronic health conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes) by coordinating with healthcare providers, teachers, and parents.
• 1:1 support that may include g-tube, trach, catheter, diabetic management, seizure precaution, etc
• Monitor and manage immunization records to ensure compliance with state regulations
• Provide first aid and emergency care for injuries or sudden illnesses
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills.
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records
• Communicate with parents regarding their child's health status, concerns, and recommended follow-up care
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time
• Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds)
