Job summary

Ro Health is seeking a licensed LPN to support students in Missouri public school districts for the upcoming school year. This in-person role operates Monday through Friday while school is in session, with a flexible start date and opportunities for development.

Responsibilities include managing care for chronic conditions, 1:1 support (g-tube, trach, catheter, diabetes), immunization record management, first aid, emergency drills, and maintaining health records.

Qualifications

• MO state nursing license is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Current TB test is negative.

Responsibilities

• Manage the care of students with chronic health conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes) by coordinating with healthcare providers, teachers, and parents.
• Provide 1:1 support including g-tube, trach, catheter, diabetic management, seizure precautions.
• Monitor immunization records for state compliance.
• Provide first aid and emergency care for injuries or illnesses.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills.
• Maintain confidential health records and communicate with parents regarding health status.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time
• Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds)
