Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is seeking a licensed RN to work in public school districts across Illinois for the school year. The role is in-person, with a Monday–Friday schedule aligned to the school calendar. Start date is ASAP with flexible options, and the position includes credentialing support for school health requirements.

The RN will serve pediatrics and school health needs in a collaborative environment, with competitive pay and benefits. New grads are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage care of students with chronic conditions by coordinating with clinicians, teachers, and parents.
• Provide 1:1 support including g-tube, trach, catheter, diabetes management, and seizure precautions as needed.
• Monitor and ensure immunization records comply with state regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the care of students with chronic health conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes) by coordinating with healthcare providers, teachers, and parents.
• 1:1 support that may include g-tube, trach, catheter, diabetic management, seizure precaution, etc
• Monitor and manage immunization records to ensure compliance with state regulations
• Provide first aid and emergency care for injuries or sudden illnesses
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills.
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records
• Communicate with parents regarding their child's health status, concerns, and recommended follow-up care
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time
• Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds)
