Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is seeking licensed RNs to support public school districts across Missouri for the school year. The role is in-person with a pediatrics/school health focus and schedules designed to fit your lifestyle while delivering essential student care.

Responsibilities include managing care for chronic conditions, providing first aid, maintaining health records, and coordinating with families, teachers, and healthcare providers. New grads welcome; PTO and benefits available where applicable.

Qualifications

• MO state nursing license is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Current negative TB result is required.
• New grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage the care of students with chronic health conditions by coordinating with healthcare providers, teachers, and parents.
• 1:1 support that may include g-tube, trach, catheter, diabetic management, seizure precautions, etc.
• Monitor and manage immunization records to ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Provide first aid and emergency care for injuries or sudden illnesses.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills.
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records.
• Communicate with parents regarding their child\'s health status, concerns, and recommended follow-up care.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time; may bend, crouch, and lift up to 40 pounds.
