Lifepoint Health's Twin County Regional Hospital in Virginia is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Women’s Services unit. You’ll join a 12-bed Women’s Center delivering obstetrics, gynecology, lactation support, and related care while advancing your nursing practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Applicants should hold a Virginia RN license (or compact), with an ADN required and a BSN preferred. BLS is required within 30 days of hire; ACLS/PALS/NRP are a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia RN license (single-state) or compact license.
• Relocating licensure updated to the new PSOR before employment begins.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire or before orientation.
• ACLS, PALS & NRP and Handle With Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs.
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient.
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Performs timely and accurate QI assessments.

How you'll contribute

What we're looking for

Applicants should have an active Virginia RN license (single-state) or compact license. If relocating, licensure must be updated to the new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins.

Additional requirements include:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Basic Life Support certification (BLS) required within 30 days of hire, or prior to completion of orientation if 30 days before hire
• ACLS, PALS & NRP and Handle With Care preferred

$31.49 - $40.38
