Job summary

Opis Senior Services Group in Florida is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead our nursing team in delivering compassionate, resident-centered care. You will oversee daily nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, develop policies, and foster teamwork to improve outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in nursing, 1+ year as a supervisor, LT care experience preferred, and CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in the applicable state.
  • Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in healthcare.
  • At least 1 year of nurse supervisor experience.
  • Long Term Care experience preferred.
  • CPR/BLS certification.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.

What You Bring
