Job summary

Southern HealthCare Management is seeking an RN Unit Manager to lead nursing operations in a Florida facility. You will oversee patient health, act as liaison with families, and ensure responsive care aligned with facility policies.

Requires active RN or LPN licensure, an ASN/PN credential, and at least one year of nursing experience, preferably in sub-acute or long-term care. Join a team focused on growth, teamwork, and compassionate care.

Qualifications For An RN Unit Manager

• One (1+) years nursing experience required with prior Sub-Acute Care or Long-Term Care nursing experience preferred.
