Job summary

Complete Care at Willow Creek in New Jersey invites you to join our newly renovated center as an RN Supervisor. You will lead the clinical team, oversee medication administration and rounds, and ensure high standards of resident care and safety on your shift.

We are seeking an RN with an ADN/BSN, NJ license, BLS/IV certification, and at least 2 years of SNF management experience. This full-time role offers daily pay options, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career advancement within

Qualifications

• Nursing degree required (ADN or BSN).
• Current, unencumbered New Jersey RN license.
• BLS and IV certification.
• Minimum 2 years SNF management experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise nursing staff on the assigned shift, including monitoring medication administration and resident care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times per shift.
• Provide education and support to staff, residents, and families as needed.
• Ensure staff perform duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Support the nursing team in maintaining high standards of resident care and safety.
• Handle additional duties as assigned by Nursing leadership.

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• BLS, IV Certified
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required
• Directly supervise nursing staff on the assigned shift by monitoring medication administration, blood draws, and other elements of resident care
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
• Provide education and support to staff, residents, and resident family members as needed
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Support the nursing team in maintaining high standards of resident care and safety
• Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator
• Minimum 2 years SNF management experience
