Job summary

Complete Care at Cedar Grove is hosting an interview event for CNA, LPN, RN and LSW roles with clinical leadership opportunities. Open interviews run Wednesday September 16th from 6am to 6pm. Part-time weekend RN supervisor positions are available across 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am shifts.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
• LPN considered; long-term care exp preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff on assigned shift, monitor medication distribution and patient care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times during the shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents and family members as needed.
• Ensure staff follow local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Nursing leadership.

Registered Nurse-RN Supervisor Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift.
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members.
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.
• Licensed Practical Nurse-LPN may be considered
