Job summary

Complete Care at Willow Creek is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff, oversee rounds, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership and resident care quality in a SNF setting.

Requires a nursing degree, active NJ RN license, BLS/IV certification, and at least two years in SNF management. Shift coverage includes 3p-11p and 11p-7a with every-other-weekend rotations.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• BLS, IV Certified
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• Minimum 2 years SNF management experience

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise nursing staff on the assigned shift by monitoring medication administration, blood draws, and other elements of resident care
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
• Provide education and support to staff, residents, and resident family members as needed
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Support the nursing team in maintaining high standards of resident care and safety
• Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• BLS, IV Certified

• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required
