Silver Springs Care Center in Connecticut is currently seeking full-time Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisors to oversee, coordinate, assign, direct, and prioritize the work of nursing staff to ensure efficient operation of the unit. We also have a weekend Baylor Supervisor position.

Qualifications

• Valid RN License in the State of Connecticut
• One year of experience in acute care and/or long-term care in a skilled nursing facility preferred, not required.
• Proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing, required.
• COVID-19 Vaccination required. Booster shots are not required

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coordinate, assign, direct, and prioritize the work of nursing staff to ensure efficient operation of the nursing unit.
• Monitor and improve patient care and safety within the unit.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support residents' needs.
