Job summary

iCare Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor in Hartford, CT, to oversee and coordinate the work of nursing staff in our care units. This role emphasizes directing, prioritizing, and ensuring efficient operation of the nursing team while delivering high-quality resident care.

The ideal candidate holds a CT RN license, has strong communication skills, and prefers a supportive environment with opportunities for on-site training and career growth. A sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Connecticut
• Minimum one year of experience in acute care and/or long-term care in a skilled nursing facility preferred, not required

We are offering up to $120,000 annually with an additional $5,000 sign-on bonus! Shifts include Monday-Friday and weekend baylor.

Qualifications

• Valid RN License in the State of Connecticut
• One year of experience in acute care and/or long-term care in a skilled nursing facility preferred, not required.
• Proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing, required.
