Job summary

Crescent Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead nursing staff on the 3p-11p shift. The role reports to the Director of Nursing and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while delivering high‑quality resident care.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• Peripheral IV certification.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong nursing knowledge and regulatory compliance for nursing care centers.
• English literacy; additional languages helpful.

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team of healthcare professionals. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, this role supervises nursing personnel and oversees day‑to‑day nursing activities during assigned shifts. All responsibilities must align with accepted professional standards and federal, state, and local regulations to ensure the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical care planning and delivery to ensure coordinated, quality resident care, including review and updates of care plans.

• Assess residents upon admission and periodically as their condition changes.
