Job summary

Complete Care at Bayshore is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the overnight shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM). You will lead a dedicated nursing team, supervise medication administration, and ensure high-quality resident care.

Earn $48.00–$50.00 per hour with a $3.00/hour overnight differential, a $2,500 sign-on bonus for full-time, daily pay options, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision & PTO. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey RN license is required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional resident care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff during your assigned shift.
• Oversee medication administration, treatments, blood draws, and resident care.
• Conduct routine nursing rounds throughout the facility.
• Mentor and educate nursing staff while promoting quality care.
• Communicate with residents and families regarding care needs.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.
• Help maintain a safe, compassionate, and resident-focused environment.
