Job summary

Complete Care at Brakeley Park in Phillipsburg, NJ seeks an experienced RN Supervisor to lead and support our nursing team. The role focuses on clinical leadership, resident-centered care, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to uphold high-quality standards.

The RN Supervisor will guide RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, oversee daily operations, and contribute to decision-making and problem-solving while mentoring staff and promoting a professional, resident-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license.
• Experience in nursing leadership or supervision.
• Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A compassionate, team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities
