Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead and support care teams in our Minnesota communities. You will supervise RNs, LPNs and CNAs, delegate tasks, and ensure high-quality resident care through an organized delivery system.

The role emphasizes direct nursing process oversight, data collection, assessment and timely care plan revisions, with a focus on safety, compassion, and compliant operations in a skilled nursing or assisted living setting.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Current Certification in CPR and emergency care.
• Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and manages RNs, LPNs and CNAs; delegates to assure quality outcomes of care.

RN Supervisor

Position Summary

Supervises and manages RNs, LPNs and CNAs. Manages all staff when in charge of building. This position evaluates available resources and delegates appropriately to assure quality outcomes of care. This position also directs and implements the nursing process. This includes systematic data collection, assessment, and implementation of care plan and revision of plan. The RN Supervisor manages and supervises the care of residents through a well-defined care delivery system.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care.
• Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living facilities.
