Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking an RN Nurse Supervisor to oversee RNs, LPNs and CNAs on the PM shift, ensuring quality care and efficient operations across units.

You will assess resident needs, delegate tasks, supervise staff in building, and direct the nursing process from data collection to care plan revisions. Minnesota RN license required; CPR certification preferred; prior skilled nursing/assisted living experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have RN licensure in Minnesota.
• Current CPR and emergency care certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RNs, LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality patient care.
• Delegate staff assignments and manage building operations when in charge.
• Direct and implement the nursing process including data collection and care plan revisions.
• Oversee resident care through a defined care delivery system.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Supervises and manages RNs, LPNs and CNAs. Manages all staff when in charge of building. This position evaluates available resources and delegates appropriately to assure quality outcomes of care. This position also directs and implements the nursing process. This includes systematic data collection, assessment, and implementation of care plan and revision of plan. The RN Supervisor manages and supervises the care of residents through a well-defined care delivery system.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.




• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.




• Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care.




• Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living facilities.
